Details about the Funding Process
Applications for funds are accepted every year from Sept 1 through April 1 of the following year. Applicants will be notified by June 1 if their request has been granted.
The Candlelight Guild’s charitable gifts come from funds generated by our annual Christmas Ball (held in December) and by activities leading up to it. Funding varies year to year and depends on the amount raised and the number of recipients. Requests for funds are considered one time each year and are dispersed in the spring of the following year. Applications must be received electronically (see form below), via email, or by mail by April 1st.
